Soho Japanese Restaurant, our goal is simple: to re-create the best, most delicious dishes from Japanese restaurants around the world and to make them available in the best city in the world—Las Vegas.
Ambitious goal? Yes, but we’ve achieved it by our careful attention to every dimension of excellence.
Started in 2013 by restaurateur John Lee, Soho is beloved by locals and tourists alike. One customer, entrepreneur and public company CEO Jon Isaac, loved the food so much that he bought Soho in 2022 and set about ensuring that our restaurant reaches its full potential.
To make the Soho experience complete in every way, our team recently remodeled the restaurant and hired the best Japanese-trained masters to supervise and educate our staff. At Soho, we refuse to cut corners. Our chefs use the same fish and produce suppliers as the most exclusive “5 Star” restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip.
